Configure the Get Groups activity

To configure the Get Groups activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Azure Active Directory tab.
On the MS Azure Active Directory tab, drag the Get Groups activity onto your process.

Specifies the basic settings for the Get Groups activity.

Field Name	Definition
Display Name	Function: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No Example: This is a common configuration field that is used in many examples. Connection Timeout (Seconds)	Function: Specifies the number of seconds permitted to complete an action before the connection stops. Accepted Values: An integer, representing a number of seconds. Default Value: 600 Accepts Process Data Variables: No

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Azure Active Directory Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Map Response to AgilePoint Schema	Function: Specifies the connection from the Microsoft Azure Active Directory API response parameter to your process schema. Accepted Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper screen. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Schema Mapper
