Configure the Update Group activity

To configure the Update Group activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Azure Active Directory tab.
On the MS Azure Active Directory tab, drag the Update Group activity onto your process.

Specifies the basic settings for the Update Group activity.

Field Name	Definition
Display Name	Function: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No Example: This is a common configuration field that is used in many examples. Connection Timeout (Seconds)	Function: Specifies the number of seconds permitted to complete an action before the connection stops. Accepted Values: An integer, representing a number of seconds. Default Value: 600 Accepts Process Data Variables: No

Specifies the information to change for a Microsoft Azure Active Directory group.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Azure Active Directory Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Group Name	Function: Specifies the name of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory group whose information to change. Accepted Values: A valid Microsoft Azure Active Directory group name. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Display Name	Function: Specifies the name to show for your group in Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
