How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Azure Active Directory tab.

  3. On the MS Azure Active Directory tab, drag the Reset User Password activity onto your process.

  • By User ID - Resets a password for a user based on user ID.
  • By User Name - Resets a password for a user based on user name.

New Password

Function:
Specifies the new password for Microsoft Azure Active Directory user.
Accepted Values:
One line of text (a string) that can have letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters.

Change the password on next login

Function:
Lets you change the password given in the New Password field after the next sign-in in the Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Prompts the user to change his password after next sign-in.
  • Deselected - Uses the password in the New Password field.

Deselected
