Get Task activity

An activity that retrieves information about a task from Asana.

Configure the Get Task activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Asana tab.
On the Asana tab, drag the Get Task activity onto your process.

Get Task Configuration

Specifies the information about the task to retrieve from Asana.

Asana	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Asana service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Asana Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Asana.
Task ID	Function: Specifies the ID of the Asana task whose information to retrieve. Accepted Values: An integer that represents an Asana task ID. The task ID comes from Asana.
