How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Asana tab.

  3. On the Asana tab, drag the Get Project activity onto your process.

Specifies the access token that connects to your Asana service.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
Default Value:

Workspace Name Or ID

Function:
Specifies the name or ID of the workspace from which to retrieve the project.
Accepted Values:
  • A workspace name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Asana field, this field shows the workspace names associated with the access token.

  • An integer that represents a workspace ID.

    The workspace ID comes from Asana.

Specifies the name or ID of the project whose information to retrieve.

  • A project name from the list.

    When you select the workspace name from the Workspace Name Or ID field, this field shows the project names associated with the workspace.

  • An integer that represents a project ID.

    The project ID comes from Asana.
