Prerequisites

  • On the Tenant Settings screen, set Enable Application-Level Permissions to Yes.

How to Start

  1. Click App Builder.

    Build Apps screen
  2. On the App Explorer screen, select a form-based app.

    Select Form Based App
  3. Click Permissions.

Specifies the users and groups who are App Designers.

  • Selected - Specifies a process to which to add or delete the process initiators.

Shows the list of users and groups who can start the process.

Enable Access For All Users
Function:
Specifies whether all AgilePoint NX users and groups are process initiators for an app.

  1. On the App Initiators tab, click Edit Edit icon.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Gives access to all AgilePoint NX users and groups for an app.
  • Deselected - Adds at least one user or group.
