Version History (Form-Based App)

Milestones Only

Function:

Specifies whether to show the versions of apps for which a milestone is set.

Accepted Values:

• Deselected - Shows all versions of the app.
• Selected - Shows only the versions of the app for which a milestone is set.

Default Value:

Deselected

Function:

Shows the details of the selected app version.

Rollback

Function:

Returns the app to the selected version.

When you roll back an application to its previous version, it deletes all versions of an application that are newer than the version you roll back.

Configures the label for the milestone for an app version.

Export

Function:

Lets you download the specified version of an app. You can export either the current version of an app or a previously published version

The app saves as .Zip format to your local machine in the folder specified in your browser settings. The exported file has manifest.xml, dependencies.xml, and related JSON files which give necessary information about the app. You can use this file to import the app from one environment to another.

Make This Version The Current Version

Function:

Makes the selected version of the app to the current version.

Function of this Screen:

Shows the list of shared resources that are used in an app. You can save or print the list and use it as a checklist when you import or migrate an app.

Limitations:

This field is available in these releases:

• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud)
• AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher

Function:

Specifies the name of the milestone.

Accepted Values:

One line of text that can have spaces

None
