(Example) Activate a Delegation in Manage Center

Prerequisites

• A delegation in inactive status.

  • Create, Update, and Remove Delegations

Good to Know

• As a best practice, especially in large organizations, delegations are created for employees before they are required to be acitve.
• For the use case in this example, a user with the necessary access rights activates a delegation when the employee John Smith is away from work.

How to Start

1. Click Manage.

   
   
   

2. In the Manage Center, clickAccess Control > Delegations.

   
   
   

1. On the Delegations screen, select a delegation.

   
   
   

2. Click Activate.
