How Do I Restore an App That Was Accidentally Deleted?
To restore an app that is deleted from AgilePoint NX, do the procedure in this topic.
Good to Know
- AgilePoint recommends you turn off the Allow Apps, Process Models, And Access Tokens To Be Permanently Deleted settings on the App Builder > Common > Settings tab to avoid deleting an app or application resource. It is recommended to turn on this setting only for the time necessary.
Procedure
The procedure for restoring a deleted app depends on whether there is a recent backup of the app:
- If the App Owners have maintained a backup of the app export, importing the exported app will restore the app.
- If an exported version of the app does not exist,
contact your database administrator. They will be able to help you recover the deleted app and
its associated data from the workflow database backups.
The ability to restore data depends on the backup policies and procedures for your organization.
