Processes I Started tab (Classic, SharePoint On-Premises)

Lets you view and manage the processes you started in the Classic Work Center view for SharePoint on-premises.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. In On-premises SharePoint, on the SharePoint site, click AgilePoint Dashboard.

    Click AgilePoint Dashboard
  2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click Processes I Started.

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Process Model

Description:
Shows the name of the process model.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Status

Description:
Shows the status of the process.
Allowed Values:
  • Running Running icon - Specifies that process is running.
  • Completed Completed icon - Specifies that process is Completed.
  • Suspended Suspended icon - Specifies that process is Suspended.
  • Cancelled Cancelled icon - Specifies that process is Cancelled.

Initiator

Description:
Shows the name of the user who started the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Process Instance

Description:
Shows the process instance name.
Allowed Values:
If you click the process name, it shows a list of options for the selected process:
  • View Process View Process icon - Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process.
  • Cancel Process Cancel Process icon - Cancels the process. You must have access rights to cancel the process, if the process is a subprocess.
  • View Parent Process View Parent Process icon - Opens the Process Viewer with the current status for the parent process.
  • eForm Report View eForms Report View icon - Shows an eForm you specify with the current data from the process instance.

Started Date

Description:
Shows the date-time the process started.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Process Model Name

Description:
Shows only process instances in the list for a specified process model.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
Allowed Values:
A valid process model name.
Default Value:
None

Process Instance Name

Description:
Shows only process instances in the list that match the text you specify.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
Allowed Values:

One line of text that can have spaces that represents all or part of a process instance name. Usually this value is the name of your process model. However, you can use part of a process model name, or other text that can be added automatically to a process instance name, such as the date.

Status

Description:
Specifies whether to show only items in the list with a specified status.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.

Filter By

Description:
Shows only process instances in the list that falls on the date or in the range of dates.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
Allowed Values:
  • Start Date - Shows the items in the list with the start date that falls on the date or in the range of dates.

Refresh Refresh icon
Function:
Shows a new view of the screen content, with new changes.

Export CSV

Description:
Downloads the contents of a tab to your local machine as a .csv file.

View

Description:
Configures the processes to show in the process list.
Allowed Values:
  • My Processes - Shows the processes where you are a participant, either as an individual user, a group member, or a member of a role.
  • My Direct Team - Shows your processes, and the processes for any users for whom you are listed as the manager.

    Processes show in the My Direct Team view because your name is specified in the Manager field on a user's profile in the Manage Center. For more information, refer to Users.

  • My Department - Shows your processes and the processes for all the users in your department.

    Processes show in the My Department view because the value of the Department field in your user profile in the Manage Center is the same as the value of the Department field in another user's profile For more information, refer to Users.

  • My Team And Subteams - Shows processes for you, the members of your direct team, and the members of their direct teams. This is typically used by higher level managers.

    Processes show in the My Team And Sub view because either your name is specified in the Manager field on a user's profile, or you are the manager of the user's manager. You can change the value of the Manager field in the Manage Center. For more information, refer to Users.

  • My Group - Shows your processes and the processes for all members of all groups for which you are the group lead.

    Processes show in My Groups because a user is a member of a group where your name specified in the Group Lead field. You can change the members of a group or change the group lead in Manage Center. For more information, refer to Groups.

  • My Group Peers - Shows your processes and the processes for all members of all groups for which you are a member.

    Processes show in the My Group Peers view because you are a member of a group with another user. You can add users to groups in the Manage Center. For more information, refer to Groups.

  • Apps I Own - Shows your processes, and the processes for any users for whom you are listed as the App Owners.

    On the Tenant screen, set Enable App Permission Control to Yes to view this option.

    Processes show in the App I Own view because either your name is specified in the Assigned Members field on a Permission Settings screen, or you are the owner of the app. For more information, refer to Permission Groups, Roles, and Task Participants.

Shows the items in the list based on the values you enter.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
  2. On the filter screen, select your operator.
  3. Enter the values to show in your list.

Cancel Process
Function:
Cancels the selected processes, or the processes associated with the selected tasks.
