How to Start

  1. In SharePoint on-premises, on the SharePoint site, click AgilePoint Dashboard.

    Click AgilePoint Dashboard
  2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click Overview.

    Click Overview

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Template View
Description:
Shows the status of the tasks for each process model in a graph.
Allowed Values:
  • Overdue - Shows the total number of tasks that are Overdue.
  • Assigned - Shows the total number of tasks that are Assigned.
  • New - Shows the total number of tasks that are New.

Calender View
Description:
Shows the status of tasks by Month, Day, or Week.
Allowed Values:
  • Overdue - Shows the total number of tasks that are Overdue.
  • Assigned - Shows the total number of tasks that are Assigned.
  • New - Shows the total number of tasks that are New.

Process View
Description:
Shows the list of top 5 team members with most tasks.
Allowed Values:
  • Overdue - Shows the total number of tasks that are Overdue.
  • Assigned - Shows the total number of tasks that are Assigned.
  • New - Shows the total number of tasks that are New.
