Manage Watchlist screen (Modern, Microsoft 365)

Lets you add and manage the running processes in your watchlist.

How to Start

  1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open the AgilePoint Work Center.

    Shows AgilePoint Nx Portal
  2. On the Overview screen, click Manage Watchlist.

    Click Manage Watchlist

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Current Watchlist

Description:
Shows a list of running processes added to your watchlist.
View Process View Process icon
Description:
Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process.

For more information, refer to Process Viewer screen.

View Report View Report icon
Description:
Shows an eForm you specify with the current data from the process instance.
Remove from watchlist Remove From Watchlist icon
Description:
Deletes the process from the watchlist.
Edit Edit Process icon
Description:
Changes the display name for a process to show in the watchlist.

Clear

Function:
Deletes all the processes from your watchlist.

Process Instances

Description:
Shows a list of running processes in which a task is assigned to you.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Search

Function:
Does a search of the processes.

Add

Function:
Adds a selected process to your watchlist.
