Delegations screen (Modern, Microsoft 365)

Lets you view and change the tasks that have delegations in SharePoint for Microsoft 365.

How to Start

  1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open the AgilePoint Work Center.

    Shows AgilePoint Nx Portal
  2. In the left pane, click Delegations.

    Click Delegations

Fields

Delegate
Opens this Screen:
Create Delegation screen (Modern, Microsoft 365)
Function:
Creates a delegation in Modern Work Center..

Search Delegations
Function:
Does a search of your delegations.

View All
Description:
Specifies whether to show the delegations in card view.
Allowed Values:
  • On - Shows the delegations in card view.
  • Off - Shows the delegations in carousel view.
Default Value:
Off

Show Inactive Delegations
Description:
Specifies whether to show both active and inactive delegations.
Allowed Values:
  • On - Shows both active and inactive delegations.
  • Off - Shows only active delegations.
Default Value:
Deselected

Filter
Function:
Shows the delegations in the list based on the users you select.

Clear
Description:
Clears the user you select in the Filter field.

View Delegated Tasks View Delegated Tasks icon
Opens this Screen:
View Delegated Tasks screen (Modern, Microsoft 365)
Function:
Shows a list of tasks associated with an active delegation.

Edit
Description:
Changes the information about a delegation.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.

Remove
Function:
Deletes the selected delegation.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.

From
Opens this Screen:
Shows the name of the first user to whom the task was assigned.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

To
Description:
Shows the user name to whom to temporarily reassign a task when the assigned participant is not available.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Start Date
Description:
Shows the date the delegation starts.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

End Date
Description:
Shows the date the delegation stops.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Week Days
Description:
Shows the days on which the delegation applies.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Status
Description:
Shows the status of the delegation.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a delegation.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
  • Active - Shows the delegation is active.
  • Inactive - Shows the delegation is inactive.
