  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Create Team activity onto your process.

Description:
Specifies whether to create a team from an existing Microsoft 365 group or create a new team from external source.
Allowed Values:
  • Create Team From an Existing Microsoft 365 Group - Create a team from a Microsoft 365 group.
  • Create New Team- Creates a new team in Microsoft Teams.

Specifies the group for which the team is created.

Description:
Specifies the e-mail address that shows as the sender.
