Configure the Archive Teams activity

To configure the Archive Teams activity, do the procedure in this topic.

After you archive a team, the conversations and files in the team become read-only.
To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Archive Teams activity onto your process.

Specifies the configuration to archive one or more teams in Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams	Description: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Allowed Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Teams	Description: Specifies one or more teams to archive in Microsoft Teams. Allowed Values: One or more team names, separated by semicolons (;). When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the team names associated with the access token.
