  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.

Description:
Specifies the ID of the group chat in which to add one or more users.

The group chat ID comes from Microsoft Teams.

Description:
Specifies one or more names or email addresses for the Microsoft Teams user to add to the group chat.
Allowed Values:
  • A user name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Microsoft Teams field, this field shows the Microsoft Teams user names associated with the access token.

  • One or more user names or email addresses, separated by semicolons (;).

    The user names or email addresses must be associated with the Microsoft Teams users.

Don't include chat history / Include history from the past number of days / Include all chat history

Description:
Specifies whether to show the chat history to the team members you added to the group chat in Microsoft Teams.
Allowed Values:
  • Don't include chat history – Does not show the chat history to the team members.
  • Include history from the past number of days – Shows the chat history for the specified number of days.

    You must specify the duration to show the chat history to the team members.

  • Include all chat history – Shows the full history of group chat.

Don't include chat history
