Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Create Group activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Group Name	Description: Specifies the name of the group in Microsoft Teams. Allowed Values: A valid group name in Microsoft Teams. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Group Description	Description: Specifies a text description for the group in Microsoft Teams. Allowed Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Mail Alias	Description: Specifies the e-mail address that shows as the sender. To Open this Field: On the Configuration tab, select Create New Team. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string) in email address format. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Group Type	Description: Specifies the type of group in Microsoft Teams. Allowed Values: Microsoft 365 group - The group uses Microsoft 365 to manage permissions. Security group - The group uses Microsoft Teams to manage permissions. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Response ID	Description: Specifies a process data variable to store the ID associated with the group in Microsoft Teams. Allowed Values: A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string with no spaces or special characters.
