Remove Permissions activity

An activity that removes permissions for entities and records in AgilePoint NX Data Entities.

Configure the Remove Permissions activity

To configure the Remove Permissions activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Data Entities tab.
On the Data Entities tab, drag the Remove Permissions activity onto your process.

Remove Permissions Configuration

Configures to remove the permissions for entities and records in AgilePoint NX Data Entities.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Standard Entities / Custom Entities	Description: Specifies whether to show standard (out-of-the-box) entities or custom entities in the Entity Name list. Allowed Values: Standard Entities - Shows standard (out-of-the-box) entities in the Entity Name list. Custom Entities - Shows custom entities in the Entity Name list. Default Value: Standard Entities
Entity	Description: Specifies the name for your entity from the list. Allowed Values: An entity name from the list. Default Value: None
Select Permission	Description: Specifies the permissions to remove for AgilePoint NX users and groups for entities. For more information, refer to Data Entities Security Overview. Allowed Values: Owner - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Entity Owners permissions group. Designer - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Entity Designers permissions group. Reader - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Read Records permissions group. Create - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Create Records permissions group. Edit - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Edit Records permissions group. Delete - Removes the permissions for users and groups from the Delete Records permissions group. Default Value: None
Specify Members To Remove Permission	Description: Specifies AgilePoint NX users and groups to remove the permissions for entities. Allowed Values: Users - Specifies AgilePoint NX users whose permissions to remove for entities. Groups - Specifies AgilePoint NX groups whose permissions to remove for entities. Default Value: None
