Configure Maximum Session Allowed for Activity screen

Configures the maximum number of sessions for an activity in a process instance. If an activity runs more times than the maximum sessions, the process is Suspended.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, click Properties > Model Properties.
On the Properties screen, in the Maximum Session Allowed field, click the value.
Click Ellipses (...).

Process Name	Description: Shows a unique, technical name for your process. Allowed Values: Read only.
Maximum Session Allowed	Description: Specifies the maximum number of sessions for an activity in a activity. The purpose of limiting the number of sessions for an activity is to prevent a condition where one or more activities run in an infinite loop. Allowed Values: Default - Uses the default (50) maximum sessions for the activities in your process. This is the only setting available in AgilePoint OnDemand (public cloud). Custom - Specifies the maximum number of sessions for an activity. Unlimited - Lets activities in the process run an unlimited number of times. Default Value: Default
