How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zendesk tab.

  3. On the Zendesk tab, drag the Delete Tickets activity onto your process.

Specifies the access token that connects to your Zendesk service.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Delete Tickets Permanently

Function:
Specifies whether to permanently delete the Zendesk tickets.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Permanently deletes the tickets in Zendesk.
  • Deselected - Moves the Zendesk tickets to the trash, but does not permanently delete them.
Default Value:
Deselected

Ticket IDs (one or more)

Function:
Specifies one or more ticket IDs to delete from Zendesk.
Accepted Values:
One or more Zendesk ticket IDs, separated by semicolons (;).
Default Value:
None
