Create Organization activity

An activity that can assign your customers manually or automatically to create an organization by their email address domain in Zendesk.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zendesk tab.
On the Zendesk tab, drag the Create Organization activity onto your process.

Create Organization Configuration

Specifies the information about an organization to create in Zendesk.
