  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zoom tab.

  3. On the Zoom tab, drag the Create Meeting activity onto your process.

  • Monthly - Specifies the day of the month the meeting occurs.

Audio options

Function:
Specifies the audio device to use in the meeting.
Accepted Values:
  • Telephone Only - Partcipants can connect to the meeting audio only with telephone.
  • Computer Audio Only - Partcipants can connect to the meeting audio only with a computer.
  • Both - Partcipants can connect to the meeting audio with either a telephone or a computer.

Alternative Hosts

Function:
Specifies the alternative user ID or e-mail address to start the meeting in Zoom, if the host is not available.
Accepted Values:
One or more valid e-mail addresses.

Separate e-mail addresses with a semicolon (;).

Auto Generated Password

Function:
Specifies whether participants must enter the meeting password to join.

The host must give the meeting link, and the meeting password to the participants. Follow the policies for your organization for storing and transferring this password.

When you select this option, the password text box shows to enter the meeting password.

To prevent uninvited participants from entering your meeting (sometimes called "Zoombombing") AgilePoint recommends you configure your meeting to use an Auto Generated Password.

Enable join before host

Function:
Specifies if the participants can join the meeting before the host joins.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The participants can join the meeting.
  • Selected - The participants can not join the meeting.

Specifies whether participants' microphones are muted when they join the meeting.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - The participants' microphones are enabled.
  • Selected - The participants' microphones are muted.

Enable Waiting Room

Function:
Specifies whether to let the host to control when a participant joins the meeting.
Accepted Values:
  • Deselected - Lets the host control when a participant joins the meeting.
  • Selected - Participants can join the meeting without waiting for host approval.

Map Response to AgilePoint Schema

Function:
Maps information about the meeting from the Zoom data model to your process schema.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click the Response tab.
Accepted Values:
