  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Dynamics 365 tab.

Entity Name

Function:
Specifies the name for your entity.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.

When you select the Microsoft Dynamics 365 access token, the name of the entity shows in the Entity Name field.

Specifies the e-mail template to use.
Accepted Values:
An e-mail template name from the list.

When you select the entity name from Entity Name field, the name of the template shows in this field.

Template ID

Function:
Specifies your e-mail template ID.
Accepted Values:
The ID for your e-mail template.
Default Value:
None.

When you select the name of the template from Available Template field, the correct ID shows in this field.

If you keep this field empty, the activity gets the credentials from the specified access token in the MS Dynamics 365 field.

    You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable.
