  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Dynamics 365 tab.

Function:
Specifies the name for your entity.

Note these:

  • The file size must be less than 5 MB.
  • Only one attachment is supported.

Remove From Disk

Function:

  • False - Does not remove the file from storage.

Specifies the ID of the entity associated with your attachment.
Accepted Values:
A record internal ID.
Default Value:
