Import JavaScript screen

Uploads an exported JavaScript file from your local machine, and adds it to JavaScript library in Page Builder.

Prerequisites

You must have page owner or page designer permission.
For more information, refer to Page Builder Security Overview.
Export a JavaScript file from Page Builder.
You can only import a JavaScript file that is exported from Page Builder — for example, from a different AgilePoint NX tenant.

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

Click Build Pages .
On the Page Builder Home screen, in the left pane, click Library .
On the Library screen, do one of these:
- In the left pane, click JavaScript > Ellipses (...) > Import JavaScript .
- In the left pane, click JavaScript.
  - In the right pane, click Import JavaScript .

Field Name	Definition
Import File	Function: Specifies a file that contains the JavaScript snippet to use. Accepted Values: A JSON file that contains an exported JavaScript snippet. Click the Select a file button to select a file from your local file system. This file must be exported from Page Builder. For more information, refer to Export a JavaScript file from Page Builder. Default Value: None
Select File Type	Function: Shows the type of the file you selected to import. When you select the file, this field shows the file type by default. Accepted Values: Read only.
Import	Function: Uploads the file to the Page Builder library.
