Change a Record in an Entity

Prerequisites

• Create a Record in an Entity.
• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

Good to Know

• The system supplies values to these standard fields. Therefore, you can not change values to these fields:
  • ID
  • Created Date
  • Last Modified Date
  • Created By
  • Last Modified By

How to Start

1. On the Entities screen, click an entity.
2. Click the Data tab.
3. On the Data tab, click Ellipses > View/Edit.

Procedure

1. On the Data Details screen, click Edit
2. Change the data for the record as necessary.
3. Click Save.
