Export Picklist Items

To export picklist items as an XML file or JSON file to your local machine, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.
On the right side of the screen, click the Ellipses (...) > Export Picklist Items .

Procedure

On the Export Picklist Items screen, do one of these:
- To download a picklist items as an XML file, do this procedure.
  1. Click Export > Export as XML.
- To download a picklist items as a JSON file, do this procedure.
  1. Click Export > Export as JSON.
