(Example) Disable a User

Prerequisites

• A user account with an AgilePoint ID.

• You must have the Create and Update Users access right to add a user and change the user information.

How to Start

1. Click Manage.

   
   
   

2. In Manage Center, click Access Control > Users.

   
   
   

3. On the Users screen, select a user.

   
   
   

4. Click Edit User.

   
   
   

1. On the Edit User Profile screen, in the Basic User Information tab, select Disable User.

   
   
   

2. Click Update.
