How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In the Manage Center, click Access Control > Groups.

    Click Groups

Adds a group to AgilePoint.

Edit Group Edit Group icon

Opens this Screen:
Edit Group > Basic Information tab
Function of this Screen:
Changes the basic information for a group.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select your group, and click Expand Expand icon.

Function of this Screen:
Adds groups specified in an XML file.

Export Export icon

Opens this Screen:
Export Groups screen
Function of this Screen:
Exports an XML file with the selected groups.

Remove Remove Group icon

Function:
Removes the selected groups from the AgilePoint system.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select your group, and click Expand Expand icon.

Search Search icon

Function:
Does a search based on the group name.

Group Name

Function:
Shows the name of the group.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Group Lead

Function:
Shows the name of the manager or head of the organizational unit for the group.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Members

Function:
Shows the number of the users in the group.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Created By

Function:
Shows the user who made the group.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Created Date

Function:
Shows the date and time that the group was made.
Accepted Values:
Read only.
