System Notifications

Function:

Shows the number of Overdue tasks and the data about your system performance.

Default Value:

• Overdue Tasks - Shows the Tasks screen with your overdue tasks.
• Average thread usage - Shows your active threads.

Email Notifications

Function of this Screen:

Manages the email notifications for your processes. You can view, cancel, or resend an e-mail.

Process Instance Overview

Function:

Shows a summary of the status of your process instances.

Default Value:

• Running - Shows the Processes screen with your process instances in the status Running.
• Suspended - Shows the Processes screen with your process instances in the status Suspended.
• Cancelled - Shows the Processes screen with your process instances in the status Cancelled.
• Completed - Shows the Processes screen with your process instances in the status Completed.

Quick Status

Function:

Shows your total number of groups, roles, and users.

Default Value:

• Groups - Opens the Groups screen.
• Roles - Opens the Roles screen.
• Users - Opens the Users screen.

Event Processing Time

Function:

Shows the minimum, maximum, and average event processing times for the process, in milliseconds.

Default Value:

• Minimum - Shows the minimum event processing times for the process, in milliseconds.
• Average - Shows the average event processing times for the process, in milliseconds.
• Maximum - Shows the maximum event processing times for the process, in milliseconds.
