Users

Individaul user accounts in AgilePoint NX.

In AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) all AgilePoint NX users have an with AgilePoint ID, even if they authenticate through an external authentication provider. However, users sign in with their AgilePoint IDs only if they use native AgilePoint as their authentication provider.

In AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud, users do not have AgilePoint IDs. Their user IDs are assigned through an authentication provider, which may be a third-party service, such as Salesforce, or a company Active Directory. The one exception is the Tenant Administrator, whose AgielPoint ID is created by default during installation.

Roles

Access Rights

Individual permissions in AgilePoint NX. Access rights can be associated with groups or roles.

• Add Role > Configure Access Rights > Access Control tab
• Edit Group > Access Rights tab.

Tenant Administrator

Specifies the user who has the Tenant Administrator setting for your tenant.

You can specify only one Tenant Administrator for the tenant.
