How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio tab.

  3. On the Twilio tab, drag the Send SMS activity onto your process.

Specifies the access token that connects to your Twilio service.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

To

Function:
Specifies the phone numbers of one or more users to whom to send the message.
Accepted Values:
  • The phone numbers of the users separated by semicolons (;) in this format:

    [country code][phone number with area code]

Default Value:

Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes
Example:
  • 14155552671 - In this example, 1 is country code, 415 is the area code, and 5552671 is the phone number.
  • 912266601111 - In this example, 91 is country code 22 is area code, and 66601111 is the phone number.

User Name

Function:
Specifies the AgilePoint NX user names, separated by semicolons (;).
Accepted Values:
A valid AgilePoint user name in this format:

[domain name]\[user name]

Message Body

Function:
Specifies the content of your SMS message.
Accepted Values:

Map Response

Function:
Specifies the connection from the Twilio API response parameters to your process schema.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click the Response tab.
Accepted Values:
Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper.

Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process.
