  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the HubSpot tab.

  3. On the HubSpot tab, drag the Create Ticket activity onto your process.

Maps information about the ticket from the HubSpot data model to your process schema.

Function:
Specifies the process data variable to store the ID of the ticket.

The ticket ID comes from HubSpot.
