Lets app designers exchange comments or feedback in a process model in Process Builder or an eForm in eForm Builder at design time.

All Comments

Function:
Specifies whether to show the comments created in all versions, or only the current version, of the app in the process model or eForm.
Accepted Values:
  • On - Shows the comments created in all versions of the app.

    All versions include all published versions and the latest version if it is not published.

  • Off - Shows only the comments created in the latest version of the app.

    The latest version of the app may be published or unpublished.

Default Value:
Off

Message

Function:
Specifies the content for the comment.

If you enter the at sign ( @ ), a list of users shows in this field to associate users with the comment to indicate the comment applies to the specified users.

Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None

Notify

Function:
Shows the number of users added to send an email notification when you post a comment on the chat thread.

Put the cursor over the field to view a list users added to send an email notification.

Accepted Values:
Read only.

Add

Function:
Opens the user list where you can specify one or more users to notify about the comment.

The specified users receive an email notification when you post a comment to the chat thread.

Accepted Values:
One or more user name from the list.
Default Value:
None

Refresh Refresh icon

Function:
Updates the information on the screen.

Status

Function:
Specifies the status to filter the comments that show.

The filter criteria for this field depends on the settings of the All Comments field.

To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
Accepted Values:
  • All Comments - Shows both the Open and Resolved comments.
  • Open - Shows only the Open comments.
  • Resolved - Shows only the Resolved comments.
Default Value:
All Comments

Version

Function:
Specifies whether to show the App Version field to filter the comments based on versions of the app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
Accepted Values:
  • On - Shows the App Version field to filter the comments based on versions of the app.

    To enable this field, you must turn on the All Comments field.

  • Off - You can use only statuses to filter the comments. The App Version field does not show.
Default Value:
Off

App Version

Function:
Specifies the version number of the app to filter the comments so that only the specified comments show.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
  2. Turn on Version.
Accepted Values:
A version number from the list.
Default Value:
Current Version

Apply

Function:
Uses the configured filter options to show comments.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.

Edit Edit icon

Function:
Changes the comment.
Limitations:
Only the user who posted the comment can change or delete it.

Delete Delete icon

Function:
Deletes the comment.
Limitations:
Only the user who posted the comment can change or delete it.

Resolve

Function:
Mark the comment as Resolved.

Resolve All

Function:
Mark all comments as Resolved.

Reopen

Function:
Changes the status of the associated comment from Resolved to Open so the comment can be changed or deleted.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Resolve.

Reply

Function:
Opens the Message field to post a reply.
