My Control Library screen

Shows a list of form controls you have created on all of your eForms across all of your apps. You can add any of these pre-configured controls to your eForm.

How to Start

  1. Open eForm Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to eForm Builder screen.

  2. On the eForm Builder screen, click Data > Library.

    Click Library

My Control Library
Function:
Shows a list of the form controls you create in all eForms.

All form controls, except Subform, are added to the My Control Library when you save the form control configuration. If you delete the form control from an eForm, a copy of the form control still shows in the Control Library.

Lets you search for a form control in the My Control Library.

Sort
Function:
Specifies the sort order of the form controls in My Control Library.
Accepted Values:
  • Ascending - The form controls show in an ascending order.
  • Descending - The form controls show in a descending order.
