Translator screen

Lets you configure translator to translate the language for your eForm and it's form controls.

Examples

Prerequisites

  • Enable More than One Language for an eForm.

    For more information, refer to Form Settings.

  • Create a Translation Language for a Multilingual eForm.

    For more information, refer to Add a New Language screen.

Good to Know

  • These form controls are not supported in multilingual eForms.
    • Chart form control
    • Raw HTML form control
    • Credit Card form control
    • Chart form control
  • These form controls do not support Inline List Options in multilingual eForms.
    • Multi-Select List Box form control
    • Auto-Suggest form control
  • In Data Grid form control the Data Type Enum is not supported in multilingual eForms.

How to Start

  1. Open eForm Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to eForm Builder screen.

  2. On the eForm Builder screen, click Rules > Translator.

    Click Translator

Fields

Select Language

Description:
Specifies the language for your translation from the list.
Allowed Values:
A language from the list.
Default Value:
None

Library

Description:
Shows the list of form controls from My Control Library.

When you expand the control, it shows the properties of the control where you can specify the translation.

Form

Description:
Shows the value of the buttons from Add a New Language > Standard tab. You can change the value of the buttons and name your section for your eForm.

Select Form

Description:
Specifies an eForm from the list for the translation.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Form tab.
Allowed Values:
An eForm from the list.
Default Value:
None
Example:

Form Title (en-US)

Description:
Specifies the title text for your eForm.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Form tab.
Allowed Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None

Select a Form to Preview

Description:
Specifies an eForm from the list for the preview.
Allowed Values:
An eForm from the list.
Default Value:
None

Save

Opens this Screen:
Saves the changes.
Open in New Tab Open in New Tab icon
Function:
Shows an eForm in a new tab.
Maximize Maximize icon
Function:
Closes the top menu.
