Good to Know

When you configure a form control on an eForm, the control is added to My Control Library. You can use this control for any eForm within an app.
All form controls are added to the My Control Library when you save the form control configuration. Nested subforms and other controls in the subform are shown only if you open My Control Library on the Form Library screen.
When you add a subform from My Control Library to an eForm, it adds all the controls on the subform, including nested subforms configured in the subform..
If you delete the form control from an eForm, a copy of the form control still shows in the Control Library.
You can delete a form control from My Control Library only if you open My Control Library on the Form Library screen in App Builder.
If you delete a form control from My Control Library, the control cannot be added to an eForm.

How to Start

There are several ways to open My Control Library.

App Builder

Click App Builder.
On the App Builder Home screen, click All Apps.
On the All Apps screen, on an app, click Edit .
On the App Details screen, hover over the form library, and click Edit .
On the Form Library screen, click Data > Library.

eForm Builder

Open eForm Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to eForm Builder screen.
On the eForm Builder screen, click Data > Library.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
My Control Library	Description: Shows a list of the form controls you create in all eForms. All form controls are added to the My Control Library when you save the form control configuration. Nested subforms and other controls in the subform are shown only if you open My Control Library on the Form Library screen. When you add a subform from My Control Library to an eForm, it adds all the controls on the subform, including nested subforms configured in the subform. Search	Description: Lets you search for a form control in the My Control Library. Example: Refer to: The videos on this page
Sort	Description: Specifies the sort order of the form controls in My Control Library. Allowed Values: Ascending - The form controls show in an ascending order. Descending - The form controls show in a descending order.
Delete	Function: Deletes the form control from My Control Library. Limitations: This field shows only if you open My Control Library on the Form Library screen. If you delete a form control from My Control Library, the control cannot be added to an eForm. Deleting a control from My Control Library deletes the control that already exists in all eForms for the current version of the app. When you roll back an app to its previous version, My Control Library shows all the controls you deleted in the current version of the app.
