Configure the Update Group activity

To configure the Update Group activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the MS Azure Active Directory tab.
On the MS Azure Active Directory tab, drag the Update Group activity onto your process.

Specifies the basic settings for the Update Group activity.

Display Name	Description: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No Example: This is a common configuration field that is used in many examples. Connection Timeout (Seconds)	Description: Specifies the number of seconds permitted to complete an action before the connection stops. Allowed Values: An integer. Represents A number of seconds Default Value: 600 Accepts Variables: No

Specifies the information to change for a Microsoft Azure Active Directory group.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Azure Active Directory Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Group Name	Description: Specifies the name of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory group whose information to change. Allowed Values: A valid Microsoft Azure Active Directory group name. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Display Name	Description: Specifies the name to show for your group in Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
