Add Delegate (Exchange Server) activity

An activity that adds a delegate in Microsoft Outlook.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server tab.
On the Exchange Server tab, drag the Add Delegate activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Exchange Server Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Exchange Server.
Delegate From User Email ID	Description: Specifies the e-mail address of the delegate user. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string) in email address format. Other User Email ID - Specifies an e-mail address of a user that is not specified in the access token, but is within the same Exchange Server domain. Choose from Access Token - Specify the e-mail address of the user account specified in the access token. To access this field, click Other User Email ID. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Password	Description: Specifies a password for the e-mail account of the delegate user. Allowed Values: A valid password. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: No
Delegate To User Email ID	Description: Specifies the email address of the delegate. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string) in email address format. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
