To change the priority of a task in Classic Work Center, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. Click Work Center.

    Click Work Center
  2. Click Inbox.

    Click Inbox
  3. Click the My Tasks tab.

    Click My Tasks tab


  1. On the My Tasks tab, click [Task Name] > Change Priority.

    Click Create Linked Work Item
  2. On the Change Priority screen, in the Select priority field, change the importance of a task.

    Select Priority
  3. Click Ok.
