How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Slack tab.
On the Slack tab, drag the Users Info activity onto your process.

Users Info Configuration

Specifies the configuration to get information about a user from Slack.

Slack	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Slack service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Slack Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Slack.
Use Bot Access Token	Function: Specifies whether to use a bot access token that connects to your Slack service. Accepted Values: Selected - Uses a bot access token to connect to your Slack service. Deselected - Uses a Slack application or custom integration access token to connect to your Slack service. Default Value: Deselected Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
User Name	Function: Specifies the name of the user or the process data variable that contains the user ID or user name. Accepted Values: A user name from the list. User Properties - Property Name	Function: Shows a list of user properties. Accepted Values: The default list of user properties.
Selected Properties - Property Name	Function: Specifies the user property for the selected user. Accepted Values: Read only.
Selected Properties - Variable	Function: The process data variable to store user properties. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. A process data variable. You can use Process Data screen to specify a process data variable.
