Join Channel activity

An activity that uses to join a channel in Slack If the channel does not exist, it is created.

Configure the Join Channel activity

To configure the Join Channel activity, do the procedure in this topic.

The Slack user who created the access token joins the channel. Slack users who are not associated with the access token can join the channel through invitation.
To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

Open Process Builder.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Slack tab.
On the Slack tab, drag the Join Channel activity onto your process.
