  1. Open Process Builder.

Function:
Specifies the name of the approval process to which to submit the record.
Accepted Values:
The name of an approval process.

To complete the Approval Process Name field, click Reload Process Reload Process icon.

Function:
Specifies whether to evaluate the entry criteria for the process.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - The record is not evaluated against the entry criteria set on the process specified for the Approval Process Name.
  • Deselected - The record is evaluated against the entry criteria set on the process specified for the Approval Process Name.

Store Response in This Variable

Function:
Specifies the final result that says if the submission of record is approved or rejected in Salesforce.
Accepted Values:
A process data variable that accepts a Boolean value, or the text true or false.
  • True - The record submission is approved.
  • False - The record submission is rejected.
