  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Salesforce tab.

Function:
Specifies the number of seconds permitted to complete an action before the connection stops.

An integer, representing a number of seconds.

Use AgilePoint Email Template

Function:
Uses an AgilePoint email template for your e-mail.
Accepted Values:

Template Name

Function:
Specifies the email template to use.
Accepted Values:
An email template name from the list.
Default Value:
None

When you select the Salesforce access token, the Template Name field is completed.

Template ID

Function:
Specifies your e-mail template ID.
Accepted Values:
The ID for your e-mail template.
Default Value:
None

When you select the name of the template from Template Name field, the correct ID shows in this field.

Sender User Name

Function:
Specifies the name of the user from the list to whom to send an email with the Salesforce email template.
Accepted Values:
A valid user name.
Default Value:
None

When you select the Salesforce access token, the user name shows in this field.

Sender User ID

Function:
Specifies a Salesforce user ID for the user.
Accepted Values:
A valid user ID.
Default Value:
None

When you select the user name from the Target User Names field, the ID of the user shows in this field.
