Disable User (Microsoft 365) activity

Configure the Disable User activity

To configure the Disable User activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft 365 Administration tab.
On the Microsoft 365 Administration tab, drag the Disable User activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft 365 Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft 365.
User Name	Function: Specifies the name of the user whose Microsoft 365 accounts to disable or delete. Accepted Values: One or more user names from the list. The user name list populates after you select your Microsoft 365 access token. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Update User Account	Function: Specifies an action for the user account in Microsoft 365. Accepted Values: Disable User - Disables the account for the specified user in Microsoft 365. Delete User - Deletes the account for the specified user in Microsoft 365. Default Value: Disable User
