How to Start

  1. Do one of these:
  2. On the Security tab, click Create Record.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Security Group Name

Function:
Shows the name of the entity security group for which to add the users and groups to give permissions.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Allow All

Function:
Specifies whether to give permission to all AgilePoint users and groups to create and read records.
Accepted Values:
  • On - All AgilePoint users and groups can create and read records.
  • Off - Only AgilePoint users and groups that are added in the Manage Security screen can create and read records.
Default Value:
Off

Add Members Add Members icon

Function:
Adds users or groups to give permissions to create and read records.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Manage Security screen, turn off the Allow All field.

Name

Function:
Shows the name of users or groups that have permission to create and read records.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Type

Function:
Shows whether the type is user or group.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Actions

Function:
Specifies the type of action to do for the user or group.
Accepted Values:
  • Delete Delete icon - Deletes a user or a group.
