Export Data screen

Downloads records from an entity as an XML file or JSON file to your local machine.

Prerequisites

Do one of these:
- On the Entities screen, click an entity.
- On the Home screen, click Security .
  1. On the Security screen, click an entity.
On the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Export Data.

Field Name	Definition
Export As JSON	Function: Downloads AgilePoint NX records as a JSON file to your local machine. To Open this Field: On the Export Data screen, click Export.
Export As XML	Function: Downloads AgilePoint NX records as an XML file to your local machine. To Open this Field: On the Export Data screen, click Export.
