Entity Owner > Manage Security screen

Specifies the users and groups who are entity owners.

Prerequisites

On the Security screen > Security tab screen, turn on the Security is disabled field.
AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

How to Start

Do one of these:
- On the Entities screen, click an entity.
  1. Click the Security tab.
- On the Security screen, click an entity.
On the Security tab, click Entity Owner.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Security Group Name	Function: Shows the name of the entity security group for which to add the users and groups to give permissions. Accepted Values: Read only.
Allow All	Function: Specifies whether all AgilePoint users and groups are entity owners. Accepted Values: On - All AgilePoint users and groups are entity owners. Off - Only AgilePoint users and groups that are added in the Manage Security screen are entity owners. Default Value: Off
Add Members	Function: Adds users or groups to give permissions of entity owner. To Open this Field: On the Manage Security screen, turn off the Allow All field.
Name	Function: Shows the name of users or groups that are entity owner. Accepted Values: Read only.
Type	Function: Shows whether the type is user or group. Accepted Values: Read only.
Actions	Function: Specifies the type of action to do for the user or group. Accepted Values: Delete - Deletes a user or a group. Default Value: None
