My Control Library screen

Shows a list of form controls you have created on all of your eForms across all of your applications. You can add any of these pre-configured controls to your eForm.

How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • On the eForm Builder screen, click Library Library icon.
    • On the eForm Builder screen, click the My Control Library tab.

Fields

Field Name Definition

My Control Library
Function:
Shows a list of the form controls you create in all eForms.

All form controls, except Subform, are added to the My Control Library when you save the form control configuration. If you delete the form control from an eForm, a copy of the form control still shows in the Control Library.

Lets you search for form control in the My Control Library.

Sort
Function:
Specifies the sort order of the form controls in My Control Library.
Accepted Values:
  • Ascending - The form controls show in an ascending order.
  • Descending - The form controls show in a descending order.
