Background and Setup

AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud.
Delete the custom process activity from any apps that use it.
When you delete a custom process activity from AgilePoint Server, apps that use the activity can no longer open or run at design time or runtime. Running apps that use the activity will fail, and processes that use the activity can not be changed in Process Builder.

Custom process activities are created with AgilePoint NX Developer.

On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, click Activity Removal Utility .

Specifies the connection to the AgilePoint Server instance.

Field Name	Definition
WSHTTP URL	Description: Specifies the WsHttp URL for your AgilePoint Server. For more information, refer to Find Your AgilePoint Service URL in AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: A valid WsHttp URL in this format: https://[AgilePoint Server instance host name]:[WsHttp Port]/AgilePointServer Default Value: None Example: https://myapserver.com:1451/AgilePointServer
REST URL	Description: Specifies the REST URL for your AgilePoint Server. For more information, refer to Find Your AgilePoint Service URL in AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: A valid REST URL in this format: https://[AgilePoint Server instance host name]:[Rest Port]/AgilePointServer Default Value: None Example: https://myapserver.com:1541/AgilePointServer
Domain	Description: The authentication domain for the AgilePoint Service Account. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string) with no spaces that represents an authentication domain in your environment. Default Value: None Example: Demo3
User Name	Description: Specifies the user name for the AgilePoint Service Account. Allowed Values: A valid user name. Default Value: None
Admin Password	Description: The password for the authentication account. Allowed Values: An alphanumeric string that represents a password. Default Value: None

Select Activity	Description: Specifies the custom process activity to delete from AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: A custom process activity from the Select Activity screen.
Next	Opens this Screen: Activity Information screen Function of this Screen: Shows the details of the custom process activity that you selected in the Select Activity sceen to delete from AgilePoint NX

Activity Information	Description: Shows information about the custom process activity that you selected in the Select Activity screen. Allowed Values: Read only.
I Confirm. I would like to delete this activity	Description: Specifies whether to delete the specified custom process activity from AgilePoint NX. Allowed Values: Selected - Deletes the activity from AgilePoint NX. Deselected - The Uninstall button is not active, so the activity is not deleted from AgilePoint NX. Default Value: Deselected
Uninstall	Description: Deletes the custom process activity from AgilePoint NX. To Open this Field: On the Activity Information screen, select I Confirm. I would like to delete this activity.

Shows the details of the deleted custom process activity such as Deleting Activity, Deleted HTML file, and Deleted JSON file.

Deleting Activity	Description: Shows the name of deleted custom process activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Deleted HTML File	Description: Shows the name of deleted HTML file that was associated with deleted custom process activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Deleted JSON File	Description: Shows the name of deleted JSON file that was associated with deleted custom process activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Deleted Script File	Description: Shows the name of deleted JavaScript file that was associated with the deleted custom process activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Finish	Opens this Screen: Closes the utility screen.
